Chris Steinmann, Superintendent & CEO
Mr. Steinmann became the Superintendent & CEO of the Cleveland Lutheran High School Association in July 2019. As a alumnus of Lutheran West and the former teacher and administrator at Lutheran East (teacher 2004-2007, Assistant Principal 2007-2009, Principal 2009-2019), he is very well-versed in both of our high schools and the Association.

Chris holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education and Economics from Concordia University (Ann Arbor) and a Master of Arts in Theology from Concordia University (Chicago). 

He received his CAP (Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy) certification from The American College of Financial Services in 2017 and is a graduate of the Van Lunen Fellowship for Christian School Executive Leadership program (2011).

Chris serves on various boards related to educational ministry, including those of The Association of Lutheran Secondary Schools, Luther Memorial School, Joshua & Caleb Leadership Center, and The Center for Urban Education Ministries.

Chris and his family are members of Bethany Lutheran Church. His wife, Sara, is also a Lutheran West graduate and the couple's two daughters are slated to graduate in the classes of 2025 and 2026.

 Joe Gray, Assistant Superintendent
As Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Gray works with the administrations at both Lutheran East and Lutheran West to ensure that their enrollments are on target and that their school communities are thriving.

Additionally, he works closely with the Association and Partner churches of the CLHSA.

Darlene Dimitrijevs, CPA, Finance Director
Mrs. Dimitrijevs manages the finances and accounting for the CLHSA and both high schools. Darlene is a CPA.

Abby Fenske, Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager
Mrs. Fenske handles all accounts payable for the CLHSA and our high schools, as well as the employee paperwork, payroll, and benefits for the faculty and staff of each school.

Her husband, Mark, and father-in-law, Jim, both work at Lutheran West.

Teri Gonska, Office Manager
Mrs. Gonska manages the "ins and outs" of the CLHSA office, including working with payments, donor gifts, mailings, and more.

Teri is also the primary contact for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program at our schools.

Ashley Koza, Director of Development
Mrs. Koza develops relationships with current and prospective CLHSA donors, working to increase the funding available for our fulfillment of the missions of both high schools.

Ashley's husband Joshua is a Lutheran West graduate, as is her mother-in-law, who now also teaches middle school science at Lutheran West.

She and her family are members of Messiah Lutheran Church.

 Jessica Miller, Director of Communications
Mrs. Miller works with the "externally facing" departments at both high schools, including Admissions, Alumni Relations, Athletics, Arts, Development, and Summer Programs, to increase awareness for our schools' brands, events, programs, and more.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University (2004), with a concentration in Marketing.

Jena Olsn, Development Officer
Ms. Olsen works in the Development Department of the CLHSA. She updates and maintains donor records, works on appeals and fundraising avenues, and more.
