2020 & 2022 Employee Satisfaction Surveys
In 2020 and again in 2022, a third-party survey was conducted by Energage™ on behalf of the Cleveland Lutheran High School Association. Employees of the CLHSA, Lutheran High School East, and Lutheran High School West were asked to anonymously respond to questions regarding the culture, structure, and leadership of our organization. We are pleased to share that 85% of employees chose to complete the survey, which resulted in the awarding by Energage™ of the following top-tier "workplace badges" as compared to all other employers taking part in the survey:
